Roots DFW is seeking a Community Operations Associate to support the Community Operations Manager and help run the day-to-day of the community. The Associate reports to the Operations Manager and works under their direction.
This is a junior role designed for growth; you will learn the full operation from the inside and take on more as you progress, with the long-term view of greater ownership and a potential Operations Manager path.
