Already hold an active Florida home inspector license? Then you know Southwest Florida homes: block construction, tile and metal roofs, pool cages and lanais, salt air, and buyers who need a 4-point and wind mitigation report before they can bind insurance. We want an inspector who already knows this market and is ready for a steady, well-supported W-2 role, rather than running a business alone.
SWF Home Inspections is hiring a Licensed Home Inspector to serve the Naples, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers markets. This is a field-based role where you will perform residential home inspections, evaluate property systems and components, and clearly communicate your findings to homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals.
Our mission is simple and meaningful: to create lifelong relationships by simplifying homeownership. Our Home Inspectors make that happen in the field, one thorough and reliable inspection at a time.
Why Licensed Inspectors Choose SWF
You inspect, we bring the work. An established brand and strong agent relationships keep your calendar full, so you are not spending evenings marketing or chasing leads.
W2 stability. Steady pay, benefits, PTO, and paid holidays, with none of the overhead of running your own business.
Better tools on day one. Drone, thermal camera, radon monitors, and mold testing kits are provided.
Room to grow. Add ancillary services to your skill set and step into leadership as the company grows.
A local team that has your back. Present, experienced leaders and teammates who know this market as well as you do.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day:
Perform full residential home inspections across Lee and Collier counties as a W2 employee of SWF Home Inspections
Complete insurance inspections, including 4-point and wind mitigation reports
Deliver clear, high-quality digital reports on time
Walk buyers and agents through your findings in plain language so they can make confident decisions
Build lasting relationships with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate agents, and your teammates
Expand into additional services such as pool inspections, radon testing, mold testing, stucco inspections, pre-drywall inspections, and light commercial inspections
Keep learning through ongoing training in inspection skills and customer service
