Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary OB/GYN Residency Program Director to lead our established residency program at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician leader who is passionate about medical education, resident mentorship, and advancing excellence in women's health. The Program Director will provide strategic leadership for the residency program while maintaining a flexible and rewarding clinical practice that may include obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, and outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the OB/GYN Residency Program
- Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements
- Develop and enhance resident education, recruitment, evaluation, and mentorship
- Foster faculty engagement, professional development, and scholarly activity
- Advance a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, resident well-being, and continuous improvement
- Support research, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG or equivalent)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan
- Minimum three years of leadership, educational, or administrative experience consistent with ACGME requirements
- Active clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Demonstrated commitment to graduate medical education and resident development
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
