Requirements:
- 1 year of OR experience, including ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, and trauma settingsAHA BLSWA State Registration
- References that cover 1 year of employment in their specialty within the last 3 years. 1 reference must be a supervisor, charge RNs accepted. (MUST SUB WITH 2 RECENT REFERENCES ON FILE)
- Must float to general OR if needed
- Epic Experience PreferredNBSTSA Orientation
- General orientation held on Monday of first week from 0630-19001–2-unit Orientation shifts once candidate is fully compliant
- Unit Orientation is held based on the clinician's availability, any weekday, preferably consecutive days
- Shift Detail:
Days:
8 hours0630-1700On Call shifts available weekday nights (1700-0630) as well as weekends (24 hours; partial availability accepted)
Additional Details:
Charting system: EPICReturning employees coming to any Providence/Swedish facility are allowed to apply after a 6-month separation from any of the Providence/Swedish facilities. Please provide past employment dates on the submittal. Travelers may NOT work at a Providence facility (perm or PRN) and also accept a travel job at another Providence facility at the same time.
