Field Services Enablement Specialist

Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies, including API integrations and data migrations Partner with Product Management to develop scalable implementation standards based on new product capabilities and customer feedback Define and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements

Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a focus on technical integrations Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, and enterprise integration architectures Working knowledge of Python or Java within implementation or integration environments Experience enabling and training consultants and partners in customer-facing roles Ability to influence the adoption of new implementation standards without direct management authority
