Who You Are: You are a proven builder. You have personally helped scale CPG brands, not simply supported them. You need to understand what it actually takes to grow from:$10M to $25M$25M to $50M$50M to $100M+$100M+You don't think in terms of channels, you think in terms of businesses. You understand how every function, from marketing and merchandising to operations, finance, product development, and customer experience, contributes to long-term enterprise value. Rather than optimizing one department at the expense of another, you make decisions that strengthen the entire business.

Elite Operator: You are a builder first and an executive second. While you're capable of leading large teams and setting long-term strategy, you're never afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. Whether it's auditing a Shopify storefront, reviewing Meta campaigns, analyzing Amazon profitability, troubleshooting attribution issues, or jumping into a dashboard to understand why performance shifted overnight, you lead from the front. You don't believe any task is beneath you because you understand that great companies are built by leaders who are willing to do whatever is required to win. Financially DrivenYou view every decision through the lens of profitability and long-term value creation. You have a deep understanding of unit economics and know how customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, contribution margin, inventory planning, forecasting, and EBITDA all work together to create a healthy business. Revenue alone doesn't impress you—profitable, sustainable growth does. You instinctively balance aggressive expansion with disciplined financial decision-making and know when to invest, when to optimize, and when to pull back.

High Accountability: You take complete ownership of results. When things go well, you give credit to your team. When they don't, you accept responsibility and focus on solving the problem rather than finding someone to blame. You don't point fingers at algorithms, agencies, market conditions, or other departments. Instead, you create solutions, make decisions quickly, and continually raise the standard of execution. Your team respects you because accountability starts with your own leadership. Builder of TeamsYou understand that
