Our client is a standalone data center operating platform backed by a leading global infrastructure investor that has committed up to $1 billion to build the business. The platform launched through a carve-out acquisition of ten operating data centers across nine U.S. markets, with a transition services agreement providing operational continuity while the company stands up its own capabilities. These are real, revenue-producing assets with immediate power availability, not a speculative development story. The CFO will architect the entire finance organization, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, systems, controls, and reporting, and serve as the strategic finance partner to the CEO, the founding team, and the investor. In the near term this is a hands-on operational build. Over time, the CFO becomes the strategic finance voice on capital deployment, expansion economics, M&A, and positioning the platform for a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
