You'll shape experiences that connect recruiters, candidates, and companies in an entirely new way—turning a broken industry into a seamless human-to-human marketplace.
What You'll Do:- Own the end-to-end design process: UX, UI, visual design, motion, and prototyping
- Establish design systems that scale across products and teams
- Partner with Engineering and Product to design features that balance B2B2C complexity
- Translate abstract ideas into clear, intuitive workflows that supercharge recruiter productivity
- Create a portfolio of polished work that showcases Paraforms vision and sets the tone for our design culture

- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, not just visual polish
