Key responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and denial resolution by identifying root causes and implementing process improvements
Oversee metrics and reporting to ensure accurate collection views and operational efficiency
Lead automation initiatives to streamline billing processes and enhance operational capacity
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing
Experience in startup environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Strong background in implementing AI and automation solutions within RCM processes
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex billing information clearly to executives and stakeholders
