Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an ABA agency serving children with ASD and their families. BCBA–LBAs join our NY/NJ teams as independent contractors, selecting caseloads and creating flexible schedules with strong clinical support from senior directors.
The role emphasizes FBA/BIP development, client supervision, data-driven treatment plans, and collaboration with families across home and community settings. Per diem, contract-1099 arrangement offers autonomy.
