Occupational Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities: Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on OT techniques and strategies Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans
