What You'll Do:- Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
- Perform technical analyses, hydraulic calculations, and system evaluations
- Support proposals, scope development, and fee estimates
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth efforts
What We're Looking For:- 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with municipal clients, utilities, and consulting teams
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling, treatment facilities, and water infrastructure design
