Front-of-House Team Lead: Service & Pre-Opening

Outback Steakhouse is seeking an engaged team member for a key front-of-house role in our Massachusetts location. The role emphasizes a “whatever it takes” attitude to support management, mentor team members, and ensure outstanding Guest experiences. The responsibilities include pre-opening checks, staffing reviews, coaching staff, handling guest issues, and contributing to events and other restaurant operations. Must be certified in front-of-house functions and authorized to work in the U.S.
