Real Estate Sales Specialist

Job Description: You're Already Producing. You're Also Maxed Out. You're closing deals. You've got a sphere, a reputation, and a pipeline. You're also the one writing every offer, chasing every signature, answering every text at 9 pm, and wondering how you'd ever get past 8-12 deals a year without cloning yourself. That's not a talent problem. It's a leverage problem. And it's exactly what we solve. The Taylor Group at The Agency is one of the top-producing teams in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. We closed $61 million in 2025 and are on pace to close over $100 million in 2026. We aren't recruiting to fill desks. We're recruiting a small number of proven agents who want to stop running a job and start running a business. We're not for everyone. We hold high standards, we live by our Core Values, and we expect yours to line up. If "good enough" is good enough for you, this isn't your team. If you're hungry for more and tired of doing it alone, keep reading. What You Get Back: Your TimeOur transaction coordination team manages your listings and contracts from signed agreement to closing table. You stop being a paper-pusher and go back to doing what actually makes you money: prospecting, presenting, and negotiating. Coaching That Scales You, Not Starts YouThis isn't a "here's how to write an offer" program. You'll get one-on-one strategy with our Broker and Director of Operations, plus access to national-level coaching through the JustinTime program and our internal training hub. The focus is on the stuff that moves producing agents to the next tier: conversion, pricing power, listing dominance, and building a business that runs without you white-knuckling every detail. A System Built for VolumeWe run on Follow Up Boss for lead management, SISU for goal and conversion tracking, Ylopo for buyer and seller engagement, and Dotloop for transactions. You'll know your numbers at every stage of the funnel, and so will we, because we're invested in moving them. Lead Flow on Top of Your OwnYou bring your sphere. We add to it. Our partnerships with Zillow Preferred, Google, Facebook, and more feed team members opportunities daily, and our circle prospecting and data farming tools help you mine your own market more efficiently than you can solo. Our retargeting systems keep your past clients and prospects coming back to you. A Team That Actually Has Your BackOut of town? Double-booked? Family emergency? Teammates step in and cover. That's not a perk; it's an expectation. It's also why our agents can take a real day off. Home Base in Clayton Our 5,000-square-foot office in Clayton puts you minutes from anywhere in the metro and gives you a professional space to meet clients and collaborate with a team that operates at a high level. Think You're the Right Fit? Most applicants won't be. If you're already good and ready to find out how good you can get, apply and tell us what you closed last year.
