Kassel Motorsports is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician. A-Level: $45–$60 per flagged hourB-Level: $30–$40 per flagged hour40–50 flagged hours per week4 bays and 4 lifts Heated bays Shop Foreman support
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform intermediate to advanced diagnostics
- Complete brake, suspension, cooling-system, oil-leak, and maintenance repairs
- Perform module replacement, programming, and coding
- Complete transmission swaps and engine repairs, including heavy engine repair
- Provide accurate technical findings and repair recommendations
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
- European vehicle repair experience required
- Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills
- General repair, electrical, drivability, and maintenance skills
- Personal automotive tools required; shop-provided toolboxes are available
- Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferredASE certifications preferred but not required
