Patient Registration Specialist Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in the Louisville, KY area!
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet patients and confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information.
Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process during their visit.
Answer all phone calls in the office, assisting patients, doctors, and insurance companies with healthcare information.
File patient charts and coordinate practitioner schedules.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of medical office, patient registration, or medical scheduling experience required. Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service and multitask required.
Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F (40 hrs/wk)
Job Type: Contract for ~2 months with potential to extend
