Salary:
$35/hr-$37/hrResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair processing, packaging, refrigeration, and facility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Support daily production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment readiness. Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate replacement parts. Assist with facility repairs, grounds upkeep, and equipment improvement projects. Collaborate with plant leadership to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food manufacturing maintenance.
- Knowledge of grinders, mixers, stuffers, packaging systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Strong refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and welding.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently.
