IT Specialist

Requirements: Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issuesManage employee onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning, tracking, and maintaining end-user devicesSupport implementation of global IT policies, system rollouts, updates, and security standardsAssist with maintenance of core IT infrastructure, including networks, server rooms, and related equipmentParticipate in local and global IT projects in coordination with central IT teamsMaintain accurate documentation of support activities, assets, and configurationsServe as liaison for external IT vendors and coordinate on-site service activitiesRequired skillsAt least 5 years of relevant work experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networkingExperience with Windows environments and user account management (e.g., Active Directory) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Health Benefits
