What You'll Do:- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Build rapport and identify each customer's needs
- Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
- Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
- Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
- Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
- Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand
What We're Looking For:
We're looking formotivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- A proven ability to build trust and sell value
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
- A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process
- Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Full-time
Monday–Saturday
One weekday + Sunday off
Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
