Dental Assistant:

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both clinical and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
The Lead Dental Assistant will support providers chairside while helping guide daily clinical flow and assisting with team coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys taking ownership and leadership within the clinical team. Schedule Monday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMCompensation$23 - $26/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:- Assist providers chairside during a variety of procedures
- Help oversee clinical flow and ensure efficient patient care
- Support and lead other assistants as needed
- Maintain sterilization protocols and operatory readiness
- Assist with patient education and comfort
- Provide occasional support to the front desk when needed (preferred but not required
Required:
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experienceDental polishing certificationDental sealant certificationStrong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Front desk or administrative experience
Previous leadership or lead assistant experience
