- Manage senior customer stakeholders, delivery plans, risks and cross functional teams.

- Support launches and build trusted customer relationships. What you will bring
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise SaaS, customer delivery or implementation.
- Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.
- Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and analytical problem solving skills.
- Confidence working with senior customer teams in a fast paced environment.
