VP of People & Total Rewards Strategy

8am seeks a strategic People leader to own strategy, execution, and success of our People function. You will act as a trusted lieutenant to the CPO, ensuring business continuity and strong people practices across the company. You will design Total Rewards, oversee HRIS data integrity, and manage Facilities and Executive Admin functions while partnering with the executive team to translate strategy into people programs and ensure compliance across regions.
