Controlling this scope allows us to provide support, control, leverage, and value opportunities, while proactively addressing issues that could impact budget and schedule. Summary/objective: Seeking a Labor Foreman to join our growing team. This is a working Foreman role. This candidate will have the ability to provide complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations as directed by project Superintendents. Strong people management skills required to ensure project success, including time constraints to meet construction deadlines. Scopes of work include, but not limited to: General cleaning and housekeeping Field office/trailer fit out Temporary protection Temporary containment Trash out service Select demolition Safety railing and toe boards Job-built stairs and ladders Trash chutes Signage installation Traffic control and site logistics Water mitigation Winter tarping and temp enclosures Snow and ice management Temporary heat management and fueling Emergency response Punchlist
