Sr. Lead Designer

Senior Lead Designer You may not have heard of Renuity (yet), but we're already everywhere. We operate in 40 states. We employ nearly 4,000 people. We've improved hundreds of thousands of homes. Chances are, we're already doing work in your neighborhood, we just haven't had the national brand to match our scale. That's what we're building now. As we bring Renuity to life as a national brand, the volume and importance of creative work across the business is growing fast. We're looking for a Senior Lead Designer who can help us scale that work without sacrificing quality, and who's excited to create the kind of assets people actually notice, engage with, and remember. This isn't just about production. It's about taking ideas and turning them into real, high-quality creative that shows up across every touchpoint; from performance marketing to digital experiences to internal storytelling. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and Brand team, helping translate strategy into execution, build systems that scale, and bring consistency, speed, and craft to everything we put into the world. If you're someone who loves making great work, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to help build a brand that's still taking shape — you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Own: Design high-quality creative across digital, motion, print, presentations, and emerging channels Translate briefs and strategic direction into thoughtful, on-brand creative that resonates with target audiences Help define and evolve how the Renuity brand shows up across marketing, sales, and internal communications Develop performance-driven marketing assets, including paid social, display, email, and landing pages Build scalable templates, systems, and repeatable formats that improve speed without compromising quality Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our design systems as the brand grows Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing tight timelines and shifting priorities Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, HR, Operations, and external agency partners Incorporate feedback effectively, iterate quickly, and elevate the quality of final deliverables Support and contribute to a growing in-house creative team, helping raise the bar for craft and execution
