The eHR Integrity Specialist II will manage Epic EMPI potential duplicate work queues, prioritize admitted patients and patients with upcoming appointments, review patient overlay queues, and verify that demographic changes were completed appropriately. The role also performs chart corrections, coordinates medical record merges across systems, monitors and updates tickets, assists with ticket rotation, and escalates issues to downstream system owners. Work must protect PHI, follow HIPAA and department procedures, and maintain accurate patient records that support patient safety, billing accuracy, revenue cycle performance, regulatory compliance, and timely service levels.
