Ensure accessibility standards and design systems are integrated into all projects. What's Needed?7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities. Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
