Commission:
9.40% PIM, 5.29% NPIM. Uncapped—and I mean actually uncapped, not "uncapped until you hit an arbitrary threshold." Current team average: $100K-$150K. Top performers: $129K+. Add 2 live transfers per day and you add $12K-$18K annually. THE SCHEDULE:Evenings and weekends. Rotating 3-week calendar. You work 2 out of 3 weekends. You know your schedule 3 weeks out. Calendar availability: ~50 hours. Actual work: ~40 hours. Talk time: THE LIFESTYLE:100% remote. Home office. Downtime between calls is yours (just stay within 5-minute response range). No commute.
