The Role: Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and protocols. Lead incident investigations and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences. Promote a culture of safety through effective communication and leadership. The Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience of Safety in a concrete or construction environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable safety strategies.
