Ent is hiring a Director of Talent & Performance to design and run one continuous employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, leveling, performance, and growth, powered by AI rails. You will partner with Talent Acquisition to close the loop on hiring outcomes, own competency ladders, and lead the merit and performance cycles. You’ll coach directors and managers, ensuring consistent calibration and fair, data-driven decisions.
