Director of Property Operations Analytics & AI

Greystar is seeking a senior analytics leader to steward the Property Operations pod within the D²AI organization. You will shape the pod’s roadmap, own delivery and quality, and ensure the work aligns with enterprise priorities across Greystar’s portfolio. You will build and mentor a team of analytics engineers, establish technical standards, and partner with platform teams to scale data, AI tooling, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
