Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and expedite the shipping and receiving of goods, including processing orders, preparing shipments, and tracking inventory
- Conduct quality control checks on received goods to ensure they meet company standards
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other related data
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with our logistics and customer service teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience may substitute for education
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
