Assembler Level 2

Responsibilities: Assemble electrical and electronic components, wiring, cables, connectors, and circuit assemblies according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and specifications. Perform electrical assembly, installation, and basic modifications of components, circuits, controls, and equipment under the guidance of engineering staff. Conduct basic electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to identify wiring errors, defective components, and assembly issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments such as multimeters to assemble, adjust, repair, and verify electrical components and assemblies. Maintain accurate assembly records, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement.
