People & Culture RoleTacoma Public Utilities is building a People & Culture function, and we're hiring for our team. This role keeps our people programs running — the Mentor Program, the Internship Program, and the division equity committees, along with the fellowship, outreach, retention, and employee engagement work that sits alongside them. These programs are built and running. Keeping them running well is yours — the planning, the coordination, the communications, the records, and the reporting that tells us how things are actually going. We're looking for someone who plans well, finishes what they start, communicates so that people always know what's coming next, and is just as good at carrying out a plan. The point of all of it is to help TPU attract, develop, and keep talented people, and to make belonging a part of how we build things rather than a separate effort. If you like taking a good idea or concept and turning it into something that runs, we'd like to meet you.
