Employment Type: Full-time Team: INNOVA Special Ops - 10 open positions
About the Role:- INNOVA is building a Special Ops Team: 10 elite HVAC sales engineers who deploy wherever needed to ensure our customers and projects succeed.
- Why? When a project needs momentum. When a customer wants white-glove technical support. When something has to go right, this is the team we send in.
- This isn't a desk job with occasional travel. Travel is the job. You'll be part of the smallest, sharpest team INNOVA has ever put in the field.
- Your Mission
- Deploy on short notice to support high-priority projects and customer accounts wherever they need it most
- Provide white-glove technical sales support - the kind of hands-on expertise that keeps a project moving and a customer confident
- Walk into a building, read the mechanical situation, and know what fits
- Solve real problems in real buildings for real people, not from behind a desk
- Work alongside local teams to strengthen projects and relationships already in motion - you're reinforcement, not a replacement
- What it TakesNot everyone should apply for this one. Here's who should:
- An experienced HVAC specialist, a sales engineer, ideally
- Someone who can walk into a building, read the mechanical situation, and know what fits
- Someone quietly frustrated by how slowly this industry moves
- Someone who'd rather solve a hard problem in a new city than run the same play in the same office for the next ten years
- Someone whose answer to "we need you on the ground in 48 hours" is "which airport?"If that's you, we should talk.
What We Offer:
Let's be honest about what this job actually is: you'll move often, and you won't always know your next city far in advance. Here's the other side of that ledger:✅ Highly competitive pay✅ Full per diem✅ A company vehicle✅ Travel and living expenses covered✅ A front-row seat at a company rewriting how HVAC works Some people read that first part and hesitate. Some feel their pulse jump. We're only hiring the second kind.
Your Impact:
Most companies hire the same way they've always hired for the same roles, with the same job descriptions. We don't do "the same" at INNOVA. We've disrupted HVAC products and the way they're sold. So of course we're disrupting how we build our team.
A mobile force of 10 elite sales engineers, deployed anywhere, anytime, to make sure our customers succeed that's not a normal hire. It's not supposed to be. The best people don't want normal jobs. They want a mission.
If you've been waiting for a role that feels bigger than a job description — this is it.
