Forklift Operator – Sit Down Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Department: LETEM Recycling ABQ
Reports to: Department Supervisor
Position Description: Forklift Operator responsibilities in a pallet assembly environment.
Responsibilities includes:
operating a forklift, production area housekeeping, maintaining inventory organization, checking product for quality, and performing various other tasks.
Position Requirements:- Sit Down Experience is required.
- Looking for career-minded team players with steady work history.
- Performing rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
- Helping to organize the facility
- Cleaning and sweeping facility as needed
- Providing customer service to all working departments
- Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
- Treating all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
- Must be flexible to extended hours of work, including weekends.
- Must be able to read a measuring tape.
