We're a mission-led financial technology startup aimed at helping small and medium businesses. Our primary product is Early Pay: technology-enabled invoice financing that delivers critical cash flow to help businesses operate more efficiently. To date, we’ve paid over $1B to over 2,000+ businesses. We’re early stage. That means you will have a significant impact on the business’s trajectory, as well as the opportunity to participate in equity ownership when the company’s valuation still has LOTS of room to grow. You’ll also gain experience in an early-stage venture-backed company, working closely with leaders who helped build and scale fintech products at companies like Google, Honey (acq. by PayPal), Amazon, and Affirm. We're well funded (and profitable) We’ve raised significant capital from top tier venture investors and have several years of runway. Given the lean nature of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to learn from and work cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, Product, Risk, and Engineering to manage day-to-day execution and build long-term solutions. Your work will support both the development of new platform partnerships as well as the operation and scaling of our existing partnerships. You will work closely with our Sales team to drive revenue growth by accelerating the adoption and utilization of Mesa’s Early Pay products by suppliers.
