DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP MINISTRIES
South County Baptist Church | St. Louis, Missouri | Full-Time Ministerial Staff
About Us:
South County Baptist Church is a multi-generational congregation in South St. Louis County, committed to worship that’s Biblically rich and accessible to every generation. We’re growing our staff team around a clear vision for reaching our community with the Gospel, and we’re looking for a Director of Worship Ministries who wants to help lead that work.
The Role:
The Director of Worship Ministries leads and shapes the Music & Worship Ministry at South County: planning and leading gathered worship, developing a team of musicians and volunteers across generations, and helping worship serve the church’s broader mission of making disciples. The role also carries oversight of our Senior Adult Ministry, a lasting part of this position at South County. This is a strategic, relational, team-building role reporting directly to the Senior Pastor.
