To support grassroots advocacy efforts, the part-time contract Pennsylvania Coalition Organizer will work remotely, focusing on organizing, coalition building, and empowering local leaders in Pennsylvania to enhance lobbying efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Support network leaders in building relationships with community and faith leaders for advocacy initiatives
Train and coach network leaders in core organizing skills, including coalition development and outreach strategy
Provide ongoing coaching to network leaders as they engage and sustain coalitions aligned with advocacy campaigns
Required qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in organizing and coalition development
Background in working with faith communities
Ability to train and empower others in advocacy skills
Strong goal-oriented and self-starting mindset
Willingness to work with diverse communities and perspectives
