- Responsibilities include identifying topics, speakers, partners, and contributors; engaging members in content development; creating opportunities for members to connect and share expertise; and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
- Capture and share valuable insights generated through PQMD’s work and manage the Programs & Products team, currently two additional staff.
- Guide PQMD’s member interest groups
- Maintain and strengthen processes for creating, supporting, evaluating, and concluding member interest groups.
- Work with members and staff to ensure topics remain timely, relevant, inclusive, and aligned with PQMD priorities.
- Provide direct staff support to select groups and ensure important insights inform broader programming, products, and communications.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Director of Membership to support engagement and diverse perspectives.
- Build visibility and thought leadership
- Partner with the Executive Director and communications staff to develop and amplify distinctive PQMD insights and perspectives.
