Facilities Mechanic

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliance maintenance and repair. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Move furniture and equipment to support facility operations. Pay Rate: $19.95-$30.92 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
