Hybrid Senior Process Engineer - Scale-Up

Danone North America is seeking a Sr. Manager Process Engineer to lead process design, scale-up, validation, and commercialization for dairy, plant-based, and related food platforms. The role collaborates with R&I, Operations, Quality & Food Safety, Engineering, Procurement, and external partners. Responsibilities include defining process parameters, leading pilot/plant trials, and building scale-up playbooks to accelerate time-to-market. Hybrid work and travel are part of the role.
