Job Summary:
Maximum Fasteners is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts in our territory. This is a field sales role for someone who knows the fastener industry, builds lasting customer relationships, and consistently closes deals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
- Assist with local pick-ups and drop-offs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years of fastener sales experience
- Proven sales experience to OEM and MRO companies
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes or more
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
Compensation: Commission pay
