Location: Remote (Travel across the United States)
The company Our client is a leading owners rep firm who are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects nationwide. You’ll be the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards
The position:
- Act as the owner’s point of contact with contractors & vendors
- Oversee MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5)
- Manage risks, schedules, and owner reporting
- Enforce safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO)
- Travel extensively and lead onsite project delivery
- Could this role be for you?
- Deep knowledge of commissioning & MEP systems
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, MS Project, etc
- Willingness to travel and relocate for long-term assignments
