Responsibilities: Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required)
• Electrical repairs
• Plumbing repairs
• Appliance diagnostics and repair
• Carpentry and general maintenance
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
