To support a growing public sector legal function, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Public Sector will provide strategic guidance on public sector contracts, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with government regulations while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and counsel on public sector contracts and regulatory requirements
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including sales contracts with government entities
Identify and drive compliance with applicable government contracting requirements
Required qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
6+ years of legal experience with a focus on general commercial and public sector contracting
Experience with K-12 and higher education sectors is a plus
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting fundamentals
Experience negotiating technology-related commercial agreements
