Regional CDL A Truck Driver

This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of freight across various regional routes within the USA. Our drivers are not just part of our logistic fleet; they are vital ambassadors of our commitment to impeccable service delivery and logistical superiority. This position entails substantial responsibility, requiring commitment, skill, and diligence to manage varying conditions on the road, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Operate commercial heavy vehicles to transport goods to various regional destinations. Ensure strict adherence to route times and delivery schedules. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage. Maintain accurate logs of driver’s hours of service, distance covered, and fuel consumption compliant with state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch team to convey updates or receive instructions. Manage documentation related to the cargo, ensuring its safety and integrity throughout the transportation. Comply with all DOT and in-house safety regulations and standards. Proficiency in operating a commercial heavy vehicle. Strong navigational and route management abilities. Excellent time management to adhere to fixed schedules. High level of resilience and ability to handle long periods on the road. Effective communication skills for interaction with dispatch and reception teams.
