BRUNT Workwear is seeking a growth-oriented Director of Human Resources to lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development for our Corporate Office. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will scale programs and drive engagement while managing a small HR team to maintain an inclusive, high-performing culture.
You will design end-to-end recruitment, build strong manager partnerships, and steer onboarding to accelerate new hire productivity.
