Medicaid Service Coordinator

Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) is a private, non-profit corporation, funded by the State of California, with offices in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. The Adult Unit Service Coordinator delivers service coordination and advocacy to adults (22+) with developmental disabilities, partnering with individuals, families, and providers to assess needs, coordinate services, develop IPPs, and promote health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
