Job Description:
We are seeking a Deck Installer to construct and install residential wood decks, composite decks, multi-level decks, and commercial decks. The role requires skilled carpentry, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and building-code compliance.
Responsibilities:
Install footings and construct deck framing.
Install wood and composite decking.
Install railings and construct stairs.
Read and interpret blueprints for deck construction.
Ensure completed work complies with applicable building codes.
Conduct safety inspections throughout each project.
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in deck installation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, and construction mathematics.
Ability to read blueprints and apply building codes.
Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
