Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
Must have managed product implementations (non software)
Self starter with ability to learn and improvise

Understanding of Roadmap Planning concepts
A firm grasp of systems and design thinking, with a spirit of continual improvement
Strong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation of processes
Project planning, tracking and execution using Project management tools
Report project status and metrics
Strong expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Jama, Smartsheet, etc
Provide efficient project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project
Ensure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle
Attend and lead design sessions with the product team
Plan the tasks sessions with the teams and prioritize work
Lead design engineers to accomplish project targets.
Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document requirements
Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, engineering team, priorities, and future roadmaps
Work with airline engineering teams and OEM manufacturers to meet airline design requirements.
